Port security

Le code ISPS

The ISPS Code (International Ship and Port facility Security) is a body of international regulations that have been in force since July 2004. They impose certain measures on port users who must implement them in order to ensure the protection of ships and port installations

These controls, called ‘security’ strive to protect the perimeter (various types of fencing; patrols etc.) and also the flow of passengers as well as installations (detectors of explosive particles, walk-through scanners etc.).
